Now many of us know now how important our hormones are with regards to achieving optimal health and how even small hormonal changes can have a great impact upon our bodies.
We work with many women and I can say for sure that hormone levels are almost always at the forefront of their health issues.
Everything from PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, thyroid issues, PMS, and more can all be linked to hormonal imbalances, and the negative health issues that are associated with these kinds of health concerns can range all the way from painful periods, hot flashes, and weight gain through to even suffering from cancer.
So making sure that you stay on top of your hormones and keep them in balance is very, very important.
Taking the pill, eating lots of highly processed foods, consuming lots of animal products that can be laced with hormones and antibiotics can all have a negative impact upon your hormone levels.
We see time and time again how diet and lifestyle can have a dramatic effect upon the health of someone’s hormones and so their entire health.
So in today’s video, we are going to be looking at estrogen, cortisol, insulin, and your thyroid hormones and how best to keep them balanced through dietary and lifestyle changes as you get older.
