Why does a candida diet lead to so much bloating for a lot of people?
It is estimated that about 1 billion people around the world suffer from skin, hair, or nail fungal infections yet many have no idea that it is linked to their gut health.
Similarly, 70% of women will suffer from a vaginal fungal infection yet they most often do not associate their gut health with this kind of health problem.
When candida, which is a type of fungus, goes out of control and overgrows it can cause significant and unpleasant health issues.
Skin rashes, itching, bloating and this is when people will think it is best to use the strongest candida killer whether it’s a prescribed drug or a natural remedy to kill their overgrowth.
One of the approaches a lot of people use is to include foods that kill candida in their diet, like garlic or cinnamon for example, but this is not really an answer to the problem.
Unfortunately, a candida overgrowth will very often need more than a simple candida diet cleanse or the following of a candida diet meal plan.
Following one of these for a while and then simply returning to old dietary habits that probably contributed to you getting a candida overgrowth in the first place is not a good long-term solution.
A big mistake people often make with their candida overgrowth is by following an anti-candida diet or including in their candida diet meal plan or candida diet food list protein and fat-rich foods.
Not only will these foods lower your energy levels they will also make your candida bloating worse and the many other symptoms that can come with it.
So in my video today I talk about the kind of diet that you want to follow instead to truly get to the bottom of your candida overgrowth and other factors that you need to be aware of to make your full restoration possible.
