So one of the first and most important steps to overcoming your Candida issues is to eat a diet that’s high in whole food carbs (especially fruit) and low in fat.
Indeed you won’t be able to balance your blood sugar and Candida in just one day – in fact, it can take weeks and even months to balance your gut completely.
