Have you ever had clients that can’t get slim on fruit based low-fat lifestyle? Or low-fat plant diet? I do great on it but my spouse only looses “some” of his gut if he eats high protein based very very low carb 🤷🏻♀️basically starvation so it doesn’t last as a way to eat. His blood sugar was scary on fruit based low-fat, then he tried starch based low-fat and gained so much stomach fat! I’m a trained holistic nutritionist and I can’t figure his body out.
The short answer is yes – but you’ll need to keep on tweaking things until results happen!
