Does fasting help you restore your body and health quicker?
Fasting has been around for a very long time. Indeed, when a person is very unwell then they will typically go on a voluntary fast as their body looks to restore itself.
So it is a very natural response by the body when it wants to heal.
Yet, fasting does not work for everyone. Many of the clients we have worked with struggled with their health even after they’ve stayed away from food and fasted.
In today’s video I share my opinion on fasting, dry fasting and juice fasting.
Water Fasting, Dry Fasting And Juice Fasting
There are a number of different types of fasting and these include:
- Water fasting
- Dry fasting
- Juice fasting
- Intermittent fasting
Typically fasting is when no food is consumed at all – which means a water fast.
Juice fasting, also known as juice cleansing, does mean that some food is consumed in the form of a juice and very low in its calorie content. So in strict terms it is not fasting.
So should you choose fasting for your own health needs?

Couldn’t agree more 🌺 nicely said😊
I agree with you. Sadly this is a trend in when it comes the new year! The body gets depleated after fasting too much
