It’s a party season as well, so we thought to share with you a really tasty fruit kebab dish from our recipe book that you can take to a party and enjoy with your friends.
I made it for someone’s birthday and people at the party loved the idea of fruit kebabs instead of meat kebabs!
You can see below the list of fruit used for this recipe, however you don’t need to limit yourself to just these!
You can experiment with other fruits of your choice, or simply follow the recipe below.

Dear Yulia,
thank you for sharing your idea. The Kebaps you made look very delicious. I think I am going to try it at some point, but for now I don’t have that abundance of fruit around me. Also the pineaplle here on the Canaries are very expensive, around 5€ per piece. Do you think it is better to stick to food combination rules?
I just had the thought that is maybe not a good to use banana use, because they will turn brown very quick.
Have you ever tried it with veggies?
Kind Regards,
Michael
Thank you, Michael! You can definitely do it with veggies as well and some veggie sauce, like guacamole! I’d stick with the food combining rules for sweet-acid fruit. Hope this helps!
