If you have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, also known as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS, traditional doctors will tell you that there’s currently NO cure for it.
Yet, I managed to heal Polycystic Ovary Syndrome naturally and today I’m sharing my story with you.
How I healed Polycystic Ovary Syndrome/PCOS
My period was irregular and very painful from the age of 12 and I was going to doctors and gynaecologists, tracking my basal temperature, compiling charts and doing all kinds of blood tests and other tests.
I was advised to take different pills and hormones, but they always made me feel very sick, so I couldn’t continue taking them. My doctor said that the chances of me conceiving naturally were slim.
I was also diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and I had small cysts on my ovaries.
Paul and I had already been married for a good number of years and although we were not consciously trying to conceive a child at the time, we were not really using much contraception either.
My doctor said that this indicated that I was still experiencing fertility problems.
After many years of trying endless diets (like Auverda, high protein, anti-Candida, gluten free, etc.) and healing therapies to balance my health with no results, I visited the doctor complaining about low abdominal pains.
The doctor said that based on my history, they would need to perform a laparoscopy – or a small operation to insert a fiber-optic camera to see what was going on inside.
Well, to tell you the truth, the thought of having an operation really scared me.
It was at this moment that I began to think about using natural alternatives to try and heal myself.
At this point I was suffering with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome/PCOS, hormonal imbalances and fertility issues.
I was already stressed, fatigued and depressed from all the health issues that I was experiencing at the time, and then there’s this supposed need for an operation …
As I was driving home after visiting the doctor, I kept telling myself that I can heal myself naturally, that there’s a way and I want to find it.
I already knew about raw foods and we were eating some raw foods in our meal plan, although it was high in fat.
I knew that I needed to go all the way and give this diet a go.
By that stage, I had spent years trying to balance my Candida, chronic fatigue, hormonal and digestive problems, hypoglycaemia, and endless other issues with no real results.
I remember thinking that if the raw food diet was something that could liberate me and help me create a healthy life for myself, then I was willing to put it into practice … right away!
Thankfully, I came across the right people and the right information about the high-fruit and low fat raw vegan approach (versus the mainstream high fat one that can actually wreck your health).
I had an enormous desire to heal my body – it was so strong in fact that I was ready to invest everything to get my health back and restore my body.
I took this dietary change seriously and I knew I needed to keep following it to see any positive changes.
I needed to rise to the challenge and find the resources to follow it through.
So back in 2009, Paul and I started following a fruit-based raw vegan plan – fruit for breakfast, a green smoothie for lunch and more fruit for dinner before a big salad in the evening.
We cut our fat percentage down, and we ate only clean whole foods, switching to a high fruit, raw vegan diet.
My health issues started to balance very quickly (my Candida symptoms were gone in just 3 days!), I dropped 10 pounds and got lean and fit.
4 years into this lifestyle, we conceived our beautiful daughter Elanie – all naturally without any drugs or hormones!
My pregnancy was the biggest reward that I could ever imagine …. I felt healthy, fertile and truly feminine.
I’ve now been on a fruit-based vegan lifestyle for 8 years and I’m free of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome/PCOS and many other health issues.
Doctors say that there’s currently no method to treat Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
Well, this is obviously not true.
Every single piece of fruit and plant-powered meal that I ate helped me restore and achieve a completely different kind of life for myself.
If you’re suffering from hormonal issues, want to balance your health, create a strong body and conceive a healthy child – you need to start changing your diet and lifestyle today.
Because the cost of NOT moving forward towards greater health and happiness is just too high.
Just think about it … lots of visits to the doctor. More expensive tests and procedures. More stress. More suffering.
There’s a much better and more effective way!
Your Secret Reset Button Is Your Diet And Lifestyle!
Your diet and lifestyle are the foundations upon which you build balanced hormones.
Processed foods and heated fats raise your estrogen levels and decrease a number of other hormones necessary for proper health.
Dairy (even organic!) is one of the biggest triggers of hormonal imbalances.
Gluten can also cause problems and so can excess fat, animal fat and a lack of certain nutrients.
So in order to address your hormonal challenges, you need to make lifestyle changes that include:
• A nutrient dense plant-based diet with healthy macro nutrient ratios
• Regular exercise
• Stress management tools, such as relaxation, deep breathing, emotional healing
• Sufficient, quality sleep
• A clean home environment where you minimise your exposure to harmful toxins

Thanks so much for this video! It speaks to me so much. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 15, had incredibly bad pain, hormonal roller coasters and was told by the doctor I would struggle to conceive… At 15! I was also devistated. They put me straight on the pill and that was that. I’m now vegan, 21 and thriving! I am going to have scans soon to see if I’ve also cured it. I’m so happy for you and that you found the right lifestyle 🙂 thanks for your wonderful videos! Best wishes
Thanks Sophie, well done and all the best with your scans!
So interesting! Can you also make a video about h pylori, stomach ulcers and inflammation? It would help me soooo much 😘
Thanks for sharing. I tried raw diet.. But i got bloated as if I’m 4months pregnant. It hurst so badly as well…. Hope you can guide me.
Hi Vaneza, I don’t believe you have to eat a 100% raw diet, especially during pregnancy. A mostly raw plan worked best for me when I was pregnant (and I still eat this way now too).
I love your videos and following a (high raw) vegan diet saved my life and my health❤
Miriam, that’s amazing! This lifestyle totally changes your whole life.
