I don’t know of any women who don’t wish to avoid hormone imbalance symptoms as they go into perimenopause and menopause.
Unfortunately, in many cases, women will at some stage of their life experience various hormonal imbalance symptoms.
In fact, symptoms can start as early as 35 years old as a woman enters the period of her life called perimenopause, which is the time leading up to menopause.
These female hormone imbalance symptoms can include irregular periods, mood swings, fatigue, sleep issues, hot flashes, and low libido.
What many women are unaware of though is that various different dietary and lifestyle factors can cause or negatively affect their hormonal imbalance symptoms.
We see a number of these in the ladies we work with and who are often in the perimenopause or menopause phase of their life.
Ladies will ask us questions like how to cure hormonal imbalance or ask us about foods that cause hormonal imbalance.
In truth, both dietary and lifestyle factors play a big role when it comes to hormonal imbalance symptoms.
Whether it is for example a cortisol imbalance or thyroid hormone imbalance symptoms that women ask us about, they want answers to their health issues and this is why we help them achieve their health goals and hormonal balance with a low fat, high carbohydrate whole foods plant diet that has lots of raw fruits and vegetables in it.
So if hormonal changes and symptoms are causing you to suffer lower levels of health and well-being or you are perhaps just entering the perimenopause phase of your life.
Let me tell you more about the symptoms and what you need to pay close attention to in this video.
