Natural Thyroid Treatment For Women

Are you looking for a natural thyroid treatment to help you with hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Graves and other thyroid issues?

You’ve probably heard a lot of information about different natural thyroid treatment.

More iodine … more coconut oil .. more supplements … less carbs …

Yet, when it comes to finding the right treatment for yourself, perhaps you still haven’t found an answer.

Maybe you are at a place in your life where you feel drained of energy, have low libido, suffer from hair loss and just can’t seem to get on top of things because of your health issues?

If so, then it’s important to know the natural treatment for thyroid.

That’s exactly what I talk about in my video today:

Natural Thyroid Treatment

Personally, I spent years searching for a natural thyroid treatment.

I was working on thyroid issues of my own, like Hashimoto’s, as well as dealing with severe adrenal fatigue and problems with my hormones, including PCOS, fertility issues, weight problems, cravings, binge eating and depression.

And I had to balance all these health challenges to get to the great level of health that I enjoy now.

So what is it that you can do to help your thyroid?

First, isolated actions do not lead to holistic results.

And this simply means that just adding a few healthy foods to your existing diet or just taking some extra supplements almost certainly won’t bring you the health results you are looking for.

You need to follow a holistic approach instead for a natural treatment for thyroid.

So to have a healthy thyroid you really need to pay close attention to your diet and consume whole, fresh plant foods with lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables.

Also making sure to eat high carbohydrate and low fat is very important too.

Now there are a number of nutrients that are very important for your health and in particular your thyroid.

These include iron, selenium, zinc and the omega fats 3 and 6.

Not only are omega 3 and 6 vital to your health but they also need to be in the correct ratio in your diet, so not too much omega 6, which can cause inflammation in the body.

Other very important aspects of your health in relation to your thyroid which you need to consider include your gut and liver health.

If either of these is out of balance then this can negatively impact the health of your thyroid.

The same with your adrenals if they are low or your emotional state is not where it should be then again these are two more areas that you need to look at.

The fact is that ninety percent of people who suffer from hypo- or hyper-thyroidism have an autoimmune disease, which needs to be addressed as well.

I have always heard eggs eggs eggs good for the liver and the thyroid….I disagree… Genesis chapter 1… GOD said, “Behold I have given you every herb bearing FRUIT across he face of the Earth for you it should be your FOOD!!!” AND EVERY PLANT AND HERBS!. It doesn’t get more simpler than THAT!🙏 Thank You for your wonderful videos and thank you for healing yourself with God’s tools and direction! 🙏Amen🙏

Omega 3 to 6 ratio is a challenge, seems flax, and walnuts for the fatty choices is the key but avoiding avocados and other nuts is hard. Why didn’t you mention iodine? It is a complex topic so it shouldn’t be brushed over as a general recommendation..
