If you’re looking for vegan diet weight loss, how many carbs should you eat?
There are so many approaches to weight loss even if you adopt a vegan diet. Should it be a high-carb vegan diet? Low carb vegan? High raw vegan?
Plus, you may well have questions about the protein and fat content.
I remember when I was in the process of recovering from a health crisis, with severe adrenal fatigue, Candida, gut health issues, hormonal imbalances, and 101 other symptoms, I looked into a vegan diet weight loss plan.
Though weight loss wasn’t my main issue, I had some extra pounds to release and I got excited about a high-carb vegan plan.
I was following a high protein and high-fat diet believing it was the key to better health and quality of life. But I was very wrong.
I suffered for 2 years on the high-fat diet with zero improvements before finally saying enough is enough.
Unfortunately, at the time I believed in the big myth that sugar is bad for you, especially if you have a candida overgrowth. I was so wrong.
My body was crying out for better health and yes, carbohydrates.
I felt starved of carbs.
So I did more research and decided to change my diet to a healthy high-carb vegan, whole foods diet, and I transformed my health.
One of the most important lessons I learned was about how much I should be eating to be healthy, lose my excess weight and maintain it long term.
Since then, Paul and I have helped thousands of people around the world to lose their excess weight and restore their health.
