It’s been a long time since we’ve last made a vlog style video where we take you behind the scenes of what we do and eat. So we wanted to make one!
As some of you know, we like to spend cold winter months in the tropics and we’ve been coming to Thailand on and off for several years now.
In today’s video you’ll discover:
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas – both all raw and high raw,
- Are we still home-schooling our daughter and my current view on home shooling,
- Why I’m breastfeeding our almost 4-year-old daugfhter,
- What fruits you can find in Thailand during the winter
- And more!
Ready for your big health leap?

I would love to know how much salt do u use to soak greens? Thank u. Great video 💕
Lee, we add a couple of tablespoons.
Yulia girl you look good !
Thank you )))
I breastfed my youngest daughter until she was 41/2 years old. The only reason we stopped is because I ran out of milk☹️ She still talks about it. How much she misses it and how good it tasted. Such a sweet time❤️
Bless you both :-)
Nice vlog! Where in Thailand are you? When will durian season come in Thailand?:)
We are in Jomtien and durians start coming in here around April time.
Wonderful Elanie is still breastfeeding, my toddler is two years and a half and she still breastfeeds a lot, day and night! I wonder how that would change in the future, love your vlog videos!
Breastfeeding is a special and sacred time for sure. Glad you like the video!
Amazing lifestyle and family ❤️
Thank you!
Your daughter is consuming chia seeds ( a fat) with sweet fruits (banana and dates). I thought we are not supposed to combine sweet fruits with fats?
It is possible to mix some fats with sweet fruit. Food combining is a guide and not cast in stone. Some foods just don’t combine well together at all for sure, but with some others its not so clear cut. Food combining for children is not always easy to do, so sometimes they eat less than ideal combinations.
Where is your food combining source of the fats that go with sweet fruits? There seem to be mixed findings on this and I’m wondering if it’s just anecdotal for the most part?
Great job on long-term breastfeeding!! 👍🏽
Thank you, it’s important to spread the word about it for us all!
