What does our 2 year old raw vegan toddler eat in a day

Elanie’s food preferences vary from day-to-day.

Right now she’s asking for a lot of banana-date smoothies, however she also goes through periods when she doesn’t want any bananas.

So currently, she’s enjoying these 2 foods, plus custard apples, regular apples, coconut water and flesh, peaches, mulberries, mango, avocados, and salads.

She actually likes eating greens and will munch on her salads with joy.

In our video we show you a recipe for cucumber noodles with creamy avocado sauce and here is the recipe.

Thank you for this! I am doing 80/10/10 to heal my body and hopefully GAIN weight as I’m breastfeeding and 5ft 95lbs. My 19mo LOVES noodles and we were doing gluten free for a while but I am not doing grains anymore.
I do have a question though! I’m trying to wean her my the time she’s two so she can be with another care taker. She never took a bottle or sippy cup and pumping never worked for me. Does anyone know what milk would be a great substitute? I head full fat coconut milk but do I get the canned stuff or the stuff in a carton? If so which brand? She’s still not a big eater and I really want to gain weight. I feel like I’m eating all day and me and fiance are skinny as heck! I’ve always had a hard time gaining (except when I was being VERY unhealthy…pizza all the time) but I feel like the added calorie loss of breastfeeding makes it even more difficult. Also, I love breastfeeding nad I’d love for her to wean but it’s really weighing heavy on me now. I don’t want to sit anymore.
    Thanks
    Shannon

Hey there. I weaned my twin baby girls onto mighty pea milk and now I’m weaning them onto fully raw juices and coconut water. They love it. They are 19mo. I am also warning them onto a fully raw diet as my husband and I are both fully raw.
I hope that helps. If you want to know which fruit and veg I juice for them, let me know. Maybe we can all share some great ideas.
